Accessibility Statement

Last updated 2026-06-22

Rahoto is committed to making its product and website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies.

Our standard

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AAA as our engineering standard — semantic HTML, ARIA where needed, full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, and colour-contrast ratios of at least 7:1 for normal text and 4.5:1 for large text. AAA is an ambitious bar; we hold ourselves to it and treat any shortfall as a defect.

What this covers

  • The Rahoto web application (editor, dashboards, settings).
  • Published report viewers delivered to your audience.
  • The Rahoto marketing website.

Specific measures

  • Keyboard navigation and focus management across editor surfaces and dialogs.
  • Screen-reader support, including an accessible data-table shadow for charts, plus sonification and high-contrast options.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
  • Consent and AI-disclosure surfaces built with accessible semantics.

Known limitations

Some complex canvas interactions are still being hardened for full assistive- technology parity. If you hit a barrier, tell us — we prioritise these as defects.

Feedback and escalation

If you encounter a barrier, contact [email protected] with the page or feature and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant regulator (in the UK, the Equality and Human Rights Commission).
