Every published Rahoto report ships with a Q&A panel. Viewers ask plain English questions against the data published with the report ("what drove the EMEA dip?", "show me last quarter for comparison") and can get an answer plus a chart. AI answers use the publishing workspace’s capacity; a basic report-grounded answer remains available when it runs out. No SQL, no rebuild, no reader subscription required.

Rahoto routes per-org: point the tasks you choose at your own model endpoint, and lock confidential data away from cloud models entirely. Budgets enforced at the org and user level. Every prompt logged for audit.

    Point Rahoto at any OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible endpoint — managed API, hosted, or self-hosted. Your key is encrypted with your org key, never stored in plaintext.

  • Smart routing

    Route the task types you choose to your model; the rest use the platform default. PII redaction applies to every cloud call — including yours.

  • Per-org budgets

    Hard cap on monthly AI spend. Tiered alerts as you approach the limit. Per-user limits within an org.

  • Data classification

    Classify your data; confidential and restricted classes can be kept off cloud models entirely, and PII is redacted or pseudonymised before any call.

  • Audit trail

    Every AI request logged and exportable, like every other action on the platform.

  • No training by default

How Rahoto handles your data with AI

Your raw data stays put
We send AI providers only compact summaries and profiles of your data — never the raw rows.
Personal data is redacted first
PII is redacted or pseudonymised before anything leaves Rahoto, and data classified as restricted never goes to a cloud model.
No training without your consent
Rahoto runs on commercial models. Your data is never used to train any model unless your organisation explicitly opts in, and withdrawal deletes every contributed example. Only redacted summaries ever leave our systems, never your raw data.
The numbers are real
Figures come from your connected data. Truth checks guard against fabricated numbers, and every AI suggestion is previewed before it’s applied.
