What does a subscription cover?
One Pro or Scale subscription covers one workspace and all its members. Team size and editing activity do not change the price. Reader access is free and unlimited; AI answers use the publishing workspace's capacity. When that capacity runs out, readers still receive a basic report-grounded answer.
Do you charge based on activity?
No. Pro and Scale are flat subscription prices. Billing continues until you pause or cancel; how often you edit does not change the price.
Does the Free plan use lower-quality AI?
No. Every plan gets the same high-quality AI. Paid plans include capacity for more reports and larger reporting workflows.
What are AI capacity units?
They keep usage predictable without lowering AI quality. The reference above shows typical costs; exact use depends on report complexity. Paid plans' included capacity resets each monthly usage period and does not roll over; the Free plan's 200 units are a one-time grant — enough to generate your first report.
Can I add more AI capacity?
Yes. Paid plans can add capacity for the current monthly usage period: Starter is $15 for 1,000 units (about 5 standard one-page AI-generated reports), Growth is $35 for 2,500 (about 13), and Scale is $65 for 5,000 (about 26). Top-up units expire when that monthly period resets and do not roll over.
Is my data stored on Rahoto?
Rahoto reads connected sources on demand or on schedule. To run and reproduce reports, it stores report documents, bounded data snapshots, and generated artifacts according to your retention settings. Enterprise adds customer-managed encryption keys and contracted data residency.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next cycle. Pausing immediately moves the workspace to Free limits. Existing reports stay saved and readable, but Free plan limits apply until you resume. Annual Enterprise contracts are arranged with sales.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — Pro and Scale can be billed yearly at two months free versus paying monthly. Founding annual plans for agencies are available too; talk to sales.
