“The manual for the reporting runtime.”

Documentation

Reports that rebuild themselves.

Rahoto turns recurring reports into runnable documents. Connected to live data. Designed to your standard. Delivered on schedule.

These guides walk you through every step — from connecting your first data source to scheduling a report that refreshes and delivers itself.

What Rahoto is

Most reporting tools produce files — a slide deck or a PDF that is correct the day you export it and stale the day after. Rahoto treats a report as arunnable document instead: a runtime that binds to your live sources, refreshes on a schedule, branches into variants, and emits to the targets you choose.

The same document is operable two ways. People edit it in the design-first editor. AI can assist inside it through Rahoto's governed, in-app AI surface. Either way, the numbers come from your data — not from a copy-paste that drifts out of date.

Rahoto is not a slide tool, a dashboard, or a BI replacement. Slides and PDFs are outputs, not the model. Dashboards live on a screen; Rahoto reports get delivered. And Rahoto publishes on top of your warehouse — it does not replace it.

How the pieces fit

Every Rahoto report moves through the same loop of data, design and delivery, then runs it again on schedule.

  1. 1 · Data

    Connect & bind

Connect a live source and bind tables, charts, and values to it. When the data changes, the report can refresh — no manual re-export.

  2. 2 · Design

    Design to your standard

Lay out pages in the editor with real typography, editable charts, and a shared design system, so every report looks the way your team expects.

  3. 3 · Delivery

    Publish & schedule

Set a schedule, choose variants and delivery targets (PDF, PowerPoint, web, Slack, email), and let each run refresh and deliver itself.
