Connector availability does not imply that a source's data model is already suitable for a board pack. Metric definitions, access, joins, reconciliation, and reporting grain remain implementation decisions. See the monthly workflow.

Beyond rows

Documents, mail and transcripts

16 of the 73 connectors carry text, not only rows: drive files and wiki pages, mailboxes, meeting transcripts, and public text. Each one becomes a document in a document set, with an exact citation back to the page, block, message, or timestamp it came from.

Every extracted passage stays traceable to where it came from. Each source declares its data classification and consent basis once. Confidential material never leaves the tenant, and a source's declared redaction posture is applied before anything reaches a cloud extraction provider.

No connector required

Files you upload

Drop in a PDF, a Word or PowerPoint file, an HTML export, an EML message or an MBOX mailbox, plain text, Markdown, or a WebVTT or SRT transcript. Rahoto extracts it into the same document set a connector would feed, with no live connection required.

Where a provider is configured, Rahoto can also transcribe uploaded audio with speakers and timestamps attached, read text out of an image, or describe sampled frames of a video, each with its timestamp.
